This workshop invites participants into that experience and offers practical ways to accommodate needs, respond to behaviours, and walk alongside individuals with care and confidence.

Inclusion Ideas that Work

Looking for real-life tools to support children and youth in your ministry? This hands-on workshop is part show-and-tell, part make-and-take! You’ll leave with simple, effective strategies for welcoming kids who struggle with attention, sensory input, reading, or writing—and ideas that help all children experience the full life of your church.

Faith Formation: Helping People with Disabilities Connect with Jesus

Faith is for everyone. But how can we remove barriers so that people with disabilities can grow in their relationship with Jesus? This session explores how to nurture faith in accessible, relational ways—supporting people to learn, grow, and express their love for God in meaningful ways.

Creating a Culture of Inclusion: Where Do we Start?

Inclusion isn’t just a program—it’s a posture. This workshop takes a biblical look at the Body of Christ and explores how churches can reflect God’s design for belonging. You’ll explore practical strategies, tools, and ideas that help build communities where every person’s presence strengthens the whole.

Planning for Inclusion: From Intention to Action

It’s one thing to want to include everyone—it’s another to know how. This session breaks inclusion down into clear steps you can take, including how to move from “ministry to” toward “ministry with” people with disabilities. If you’ve ever wondered where to begin, this is the place.

A Compassionate Journey: Walking with Individuals and Families Affected by Disability

Disability often comes with long-term needs—and churches can play a vital role in offering care that is consistent, compassionate, and Christ-like. Perfect for leadership teams, care ministries, and adult discipleship groups, this workshop helps you grow in empathy and connection.

The 5 Stages: Understanding and Shifting Attitudes about Disability

Attitudes shape atmosphere. This workshop walks churches through the five stages of disability attitudes and helps them identify where they are—and where God might be calling them next. If you’re ready to build a culture where everyone belongs and serves, this session is for you.
