It is easy for me to feel lonely when I am away from my friends. I like it that HCM helps make sure that I stay connected and helps me learn about God in fun ways.
HCM Participant
Discover. Engage. Thrive.
At Hope Centre Ministries, we are dedicated to providing a welcoming space where individuals with disabilities can explore their faith, build meaningful connections, learn new things, and serve their community. Our programs are thoughtfully designed to address the critical needs of community and belonging for people with disabilities while fostering spiritual growth and personal development.
Our Programs
Once a month, we gather on a Sunday afternoon to worship, learn, connect, and grow together. Community Sundays are welcoming, joy-filled gatherings designed for individuals of all abilities to experience belonging, faith, and friendship in a relaxed and inclusive environment.
Whether you come with a friend, a support worker, a family member, or on your own—you are welcome.
What to Expect:
Faith That Connects
Each gathering includes a short, engaging Bible teaching rooted in God’s love and designed to be meaningful for people of all learning styles and abilities.
🎶Joyful Music
We sing together and celebrate through music—no performance required, just voices lifted in joy and community.
🙏Prayerful Moments
Prayer is woven throughout our time together. You’re invited to join in whole-group prayers or receive one-on-one prayer at our quiet prayer station.
🪑Creative Table Time and Connection
After our time in the sanctuary, we gather around tables for creative, hands-on activities that help us reflect on the theme of the day. It’s a relaxed time to chat, laugh, and make something meaningful—often with a take-home reminder of what we’ve learned.
When We Gather
Community Sundays take place once a month at Hope Centre Ministries. Each month has its own unique theme, so there’s always something new to experience!
Check our calendar for the next date—we’d love to see you there and grow together in faith and friendship.
