The Raw Carrot HCM is a social enterprise operating out of St. Peter’s Anglican Church in Winnipeg. We provide meaningful, paid employment for people with disabilities and those facing barriers to traditional work. Every bowl of soup we craft supports dignity, inclusion, and belonging.

The Raw Carrot HCM is a social franchise operated under Hope Centre Ministries in partnership with The Raw Carrot, headquartered in Paris, Ontario. We follow The Raw Carrot’s proven model of inclusive employment and use their recipes, but we’re locally operated right here in Winnipeg.
We operate out of St. Peter’s Anglican Church in Winnipeg, thanks to their generous partnership and commercial kitchen space.

Currently, all roles at The Raw Carrot HCM have been filled. We are committed to building a safe, secure, and predictable environment for our employees. To maintain the predictability and routine essential to our operation, we hire slowly and carefully over time, rather than adding many new employees at once.

Live with disabilities and/or mental health challenges
Are currently underemployed and not participating in full-time organized school programs or other government-funded day programs
Require a supportive, predictable, and routine-based work environment
