For people with disabilities, COVID-19 has been difficult. Staying at home has been hard and we know that many people are lonely, frustrated and even scared. People are missing getting together with friends and feeling connected with community. Hope Centre Ministries’ annual retreat is something that many people look forward to every year. It is a time to have fun with friends and connect with God in different ways. Like so many things, this retreat was cancelled. But because of you, we were able to reimagine and provide a special retreat in the midst of these times.
Because of kind and caring people like you Retreat in a Box was delivered to over 60 locations throughout Winnipeg and beyond. Many people experienced a week of community like no other!
