Hope Centre Ministries means the world to Jennifer. It is a place that has helped her to ease fears and anxiety, develop new gifts, and grow in her faith. She wants to make sure that programs continue to be offered and are there for her many friends with disabilities who also need to know that they are deeply loved and cared for. She knows how important it is to belong to a faithful and faith filled community.
Thanks to your kindness and generosity, Jennifer is excited about the future, because she knows she can count on Hope Centre Ministries to continue to be there for her!
Growing and Learning With Hope
I honestly don’t want to think about what life would be like without Hope Centre Ministries. HCM helps me have a relationship with Jesus in a very safe way. They have come along side of me and helped me see that I am an important part of God’s family. I love that I can connect with so many wonderful people. Because of HCM I know I’m not alone!
There are many things I love about Hope Centre Ministries but my favourite is that when it comes to individuals with disabilities (myself included), we are not seen as just people who “can not” but as people who can and are called to use their gifts in meaningful ways. Hope Centre Ministries sees me as able to do great things and helps me know that I have value and worth.
Hope Centre Ministries has taught me so much. I know that even though things may be hard, good still exists. I can have peace even when there’s turmoil. HCM has helped me to find meaning and purpose and has taught me to use my gifts and to love in big ways.
This year has been hard, but with the help of Hope Centre Ministries, I feel closer to Jesus than ever before.
